HOW TO ORDER

CHECKING OUT AND PLACING YOUR ORDER - PAYING BY CREDIT OR DEBIT CARD

We are able to accept a number of different credit or debit cards. For a full list of available methods of payment for your country, click here.

Once you have selected your method of payment, the next screen you will see is the CARD DETAILS page.
  • You can choose to enter your card details via a secure secure server or by another method.
  • We recommend that you select the secure method.

    The next screen you will see is the BILLING DETAILS page.
  • On this page you will enter the Cardholder's name and address.
  • You will also select the credit card you wish to use.
  • Click continue to connect to the secure server and enter your card number.

    If you are paying by American Express you will be taken to the secure page. If you are paying by another type of card you will be re-directed to the Royal Bank of Scotland's Streamline system to make your payment. Full Details can be found here
  • Once you have entered the secure page you can type in your credit card number
  • If you have any doubt about security you can click on the THAWTE logo which will allow you to see our valid security certificate.
  • Click Submit to send your card number to us securely. For extra security we also encrypt your card number.

    • FINISHING OFF THE ORDER

    Your order is not quite complete yet

  • To finish off your order, it is important to click the Submit order button marked with the large arrow.
  • This will submit your order details to us and take you to the final page
  • The final page will supply you with your order number
  • It is vital that you note down this number and use it in all correspondence regarding your order.
